Aston Martin Residences is leading the charge in the increased interest in the South Florida real estate market. Despite having to limit interaction with buyers to video conferences and presenting virtual tours of the properties, the growth in sales of the building during the second quarter of the year represents the unprecedented success of the British carmaker's first real estate endeavor. Developed by G&G Business Developments, the building is under construction at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way and slated for completion in 2022.

“We’ve introduced some exciting new ways to keep conversations going with our valued clients, digitally,” says Paulie Hankin, Sales Director for Aston Martin Residences, representing Cervera Real Estate. “Thanks to the combined efforts and support of the in-house sales team, G&G Business Developments and our broker community, we’re seeing amazing results.  We look forward to opening the sales gallery soon.”

Aston Martin Residences is close to reaching 60% sales of its 391 homes, which feature top-of-the-line appliances and materials. The residences range from $750,000 to upwards of $50 million. The sailboat shaped tower is designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger.
