Aston Martin Launches Its First-Ever Residential Tower in Miami

Aston Martin, well-known for luxury and performance in cars, has reached a significant milestone by completing its first real estate venture, the Aston Martin Residences Miami.

The grand opening of this 66-story building was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Located at a prime waterfront spot in downtown Miami, the building showcases Aston Martin’s unique design style, crafted in collaboration with the architect Bodas Mian Anger (BMA).

Developed with G&G Business Developments, the Aston Martin Residences sit between the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, providing breathtaking views and a highly sought-after address. The building features 391 ultra-luxury condos, 99% of which were sold before completion, appealing to both Aston Martin fans and luxury home seekers. Residents have the opportunity to customize their interiors with help from Aston Martin’s design team, making each space distinctly their own.

More than just luxury homes, the Aston Martin Residences Miami offers a lifestyle with its ‘Sky Amenities’ that include a two-level fitness center, an art gallery, movie theatres, and a spa. An infinity pool and sky bar on the 55th floor offer sweeping views of the ocean and Miami skyline.

The building’s design, inspired by Aston Martin’s cars, features sleek curves and sophisticated materials. This project extends Aston Martin’s luxury branding into real estate, providing a new way for customers to experience the brand’s famed elegance.
