Andy and Kate Spade’s Southampton Home Hits The Market

8 Studio Lane – formerly a boarding house at Shinnecock Hills Summer School of Art established by William Merritt Chase of Parsons fame – is up for grabs.

Accessories and handbag giants Andy and Kate Spade own the three-acre estate in Southampton and are looking to sell it for $5.45 million.

Lush landscaping, sloping lawns and English gardens highlight the Stepping Stones property making it the perfect getaway.
