Topher Grace just sold his two-bedroom, two-bath house in West Hollywood for $1.685 million, generating a tidy little profit for the actor (best known for his role as “Venom” in Spider-Man 3), who purchased the home eight years ago from Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe for $1.595 million.
Located at 8707 Sunset Plaza Place, the 1,779-square-foot single-family features an open-space layout, a kitchen with marble countertops, a breakfast nook, an oversized walk-in closet in the master suite, which opens to the backyard pool via French doors.
Outside rests a large lounge area, patio, and outdoor kitchen, making the cozy Mediterranean-style home more than ideal for entertaining.
Though Grace has parted ways with his West Coast estate, he’s still hanging onto his East Coast digs: a 1,858-square-foot unit situated along Manhattan’s Bank Street featuring two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, which he purchased over a decade ago for $2.2 million.
