Heralding a bright future for private golf club communities, Panther National serves as the first contemporary golf and lifestyle community to debut in Palm Beach County in two decades. Developed by founder and president Dominik Senn, Panther National offers luxury living for golf enthusiasts through extravagant residential estates, bespoke villas, and a signature golf course in collaboration with champion Jack Thomas and current PGA TOUR star Justin Thomas.

Located on the last of Palm Beach County’s premium developable land, this innovative development responds to the market’s seeming lack of lifestyle-driven golf communities. In November 2023, the community opened its 18-hole championship course, with the Golf Clubhouse set to break ground in late 2024. With an expected delivery in late 2026, exclusive features include a Michelin-inspired restaurant, private dining room, sports bar, courtyard, and spa facilities.

Beyond golf-centric activities, Panther National’s residences present a luxurious living experience through contemporary elegance and environmentally sensitive engineering. Materializing Strang’s environmental stewardship and modernist design approach, the estates will utilize ecologically sensitive construction products, green technologies, and natural materials.

With architecture and interior design by renowned architect Max Strang, the signature estates offer a collection of semi-custom contemporary residences. Built by WillStrong Construction & Development, there are a multitude of floor plans ranging from 4,200 to 10,000 square feet. The one and two-story residences feature three to five bedrooms across third to half-acre properties. Upscale amenities include multiple car garages, a private pool, and an outdoor kitchen.

There is also a limited-edition option for custom estate homes. The bespoke process presents 21 homesites with the opportunity for owners to craft their own living space. The properties span one-acre to half-acre sites with expansive golf courses and conservation views. Further, the Panther National Lifestyle Club and Wellness Center will offer an assortment of amenities, including a community pool, lap pool, spa, performance center, dining area, and elite training facilities. Development is set to begin in October 2025, and its opening is slated for late 2027.
