The next owner of retired NBA star Scottie Pippen’s waterfront home, “Villa Del Lago,” in Fort Lauderdale could also snag his 55-foot VanDutch yacht, according to the listing’s public relations team.
Consisting of nearly 13,500 square feet, the six-bedroom, three-story Venetian-style estate on Del Lago Drive in Fort Lauderdale was previously listed in 2014 for $11.8 million. It’s once again for sale for $10.9 million, with the option to also purchase Pippen’s yacht for a combined $12.5 million.

It makes a perfect day boat for the new owners and will still allow space for your super-yacht,” says listing agent Gilles Rais. The private dock has a boatlift that can accommodate several boats up to 220 feet.
Situated on a double lot with 215 feet of water frontage, 2571 Del Lago Drive, built in 2004, also features a full-size basketball court on the water, a putting green, waterfalls, a hot tub, a playground, and a waterslide, among many other outdoor amenities.
