‘Palazzo Grande’ in Palm Beach Hits Market for $30 Million

Palazzo Grande, a 16,000 square foot estate at 5435 Sea Biscuit Road in Palm Beach Gardens, has topped the city’s pricey real estate charts. The property is on the market for $30 million.

Though Palazzo Grande (great palace in Italian) was erected in 2005, it is designed to evoke the 16th century baroque. In a press release, broker William P.D. Pierce said, “As you enter Palazzo Grande, it’s as if you have been transported from Palm Beach to an old world Italian villa.” Pierce is known for his prowess with luxury homes. Adding to the ethos are 40 chandeliers (30 of which are Czechoslovakian crystal), a 75-guest ballroom, and eight baths. den

Palazzo Grande’s current owners are John and Amanda Termotto. The home has six bedrooms, a den, billiards rooms and guest quarters.
