Actress and mother Sandra Bullock has placed her 5,600-square-foot home in Austin, TX on the market.
The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath contemporary home is situated in a suburban area of town, and features a stunning view of the Austin skyline. The back of the home boasts a concrete terrace, lap pool and in-ground spa. It also features a lighted tennis court.
Bullock owns another lakefront property in the Texas capitol. The property on Lake Austin used to feature a home that Bullock had torn down for fear of mold. The property currently has several smaller buildings on the grounds and a multi-level boathouse.
Bullock bought the suburban Austin home back in 1997 for $575,000. If she manages to sell the property she’ll make a tidy profit. It’s being listed at $2.5 million.
