Jay-Z, famed rapper and hubby to Beyoncé, once owned this teeny little 560 State Street apartment. Jay-Z likely lived in the space back in the ‘90s, and the place has undergone some needed renovations since then. The NYC pad occupies the third and fourth floor and offers a tiny kitchen, two small bathrooms, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, two decent closets, hardwood floors and plenty of windows/natural light.
