Jon Bon Jovi ‘De-Lists’ Soho Penthouse

b4

Jon Bon Jovi’s Soho penthouse originally listed back in March 2013 for $42M, and after numerous price reductions, the 7,452-square-foot pad was quietly removed from the market just a few weeks ago.

Bon Jovi purchased the home for $24M, so if he were to sell this pricey penthouse at asking, he’d be taking home a tidy profit. For now, it seems that the rockstar is waiting for a better time to list (or determining a deal quietly with an anonymous buyer).

The penthouse features 11-foot-ceilings, three terraces, five bedrooms, five baths, arched doorways, a wood-burning fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, city views and more.
