Haute Design Network member John Maienza is renowned for his aesthetic and unique approach, and his work in Montecito was recently featured in 805 Living for building and designing one of the area’s first LEED certified homes.

Important features include solar panels, living green roofs, energy star appliances, low water grasses, local limestone and a naturally heated swimming pool.

The home is a zero-net house, meaning it can produce as much electricity as it consumes.
