Sydney firm Johnson Pilton Walker recently won the Parramatta Square Design Competition, competing against 72 other design submissions. The incredible layout offers 53-stories, luxurious office space and design features that are airy, open and reflect the sky.

From the building’s cantilevering sky terrace to a double-height sky lobby on the 27th floor, this structure is futuristic and functional– the perfect addition to Parramatta’s square.

Lord Mayor John Chedid tells ArchDaily, ““This project is essential to the revitalisation of the Parramatta town centre and to the safe, easy, pleasant delivery of pedestrians from the transport interchange to the civic heart of Parramatta.”
