Megan Ellison is known for her work as producer of Zero Dark Thirty, Spring Breakers and more, and she’s also built an extensive real estate portfolio. Now, it seems Ellison has unloaded three of her properties (she purchased these for $32.6M from 2008-2011).
One property sold to Gateway cofounder Ted Waitt for $20.5M and Ashley Tabor purchased the remaining two properties for $26.5M. Looks like Ellison made a tidy profit here!
Now that she’s unloaded these three investments, what’s next? It’s rumored that she’s looking for homes in the $20M range.
