Glass House Boca Raton has announced the addition of Leah and Alex Sajovits to its sales team, welcoming the accomplished husband-and-wife duo as new development sales executives for the boutique luxury condominium. Developed by 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, Glass House represents Boca Raton’s first modern glass residential building, rising in the heart of the city’s vibrant downtown.

The intimate nine-story development features just 28 expansive two- to four-bedroom residences, offering a highly curated living experience defined by architectural clarity, refined interiors, and resort-level amenities. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing serves as the exclusive sales and marketing team for the project, with residences currently priced from $2.4 million to over $8 million.

“We are thrilled to welcome Leah and Alex Sajovits to the Glass House Boca Raton sales team,” said Noam Ziv, partner and CEO of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC. “Their expertise in luxury real estate and waterfront properties, along with their commitment to white-glove service, makes them an ideal fit for representing Glass House to discerning buyers throughout South Florida and beyond.”

Top-producing agents with Douglas Elliman, Leah and Alex Sajovits serve Parkland, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Pompano Beach. The duo earned Douglas Elliman’s Platinum Award in both 2023 and 2024 and were named among America’s Best Real Estate Professionals by RealTrends in consecutive years.

Leah Sajovits brings a distinguished background rooted in luxury brand leadership and high-level real estate operations. She began her career in New York City, rising through the corporate ranks at globally recognized fashion houses including Gucci and Kenneth Cole. She later transitioned into real estate, working with some of New York City’s largest title companies and underwriters, where she closed multimillion-dollar transactions for high-profile clients and developed expertise in complex deal structures and risk management.

Alex Sajovits complements the team with a strong entrepreneurial foundation and strategic business acumen. Prior to real estate, he owned and operated a successful screen-printing and embroidery company in Astoria, Queens, serving major brands such as MLB and Rocawear. After entering the real estate sector, Alex worked alongside Leah in Manhattan, earning a reputation for strategic negotiation, operational insight, and client advocacy.

Licensed in 2017, the couple launched their real estate careers together in New York, quickly distinguishing themselves with record-setting sales, including the highest-priced home ever sold in Woodmere/Woodsburgh, New York, at $5 million. In 2019, they joined Douglas Elliman and expanded their business to South Florida in 2020, bringing their New York-trained expertise to the region’s luxury market.

Specializing in luxury homes and estates, waterfront and Intracoastal properties, golf and gated communities, new construction, relocation services, and investment properties, Leah and Alex are known for their strategic marketing approach, responsive communication, and highly personalized service—qualities that align seamlessly with Glass House Boca Raton’s elevated residential offering.

Located at 280 E Palmetto Park Road, less than one mile from the beach, Glass House offers residents proximity to Boca Raton’s premier dining, shopping, and cultural destinations. Each residence features interiors by Spectrum Interior Design, with gourmet kitchens outfitted with Miele appliance suites, European cabinetry, engineered stone countertops, and expansive glass-railed terraces. Smart home-ready residences include induction cooktops, speed ovens, vacuum seal drawers, built-in wine coolers, spa-inspired primary bathrooms with dual vanities, and two assigned underground parking spaces. The building is pet-friendly.

Residents enjoy access to a dramatic 10th-level rooftop amenity deck with panoramic views of the ocean, Intracoastal, and nearby golf courses. Inspired by the French Riviera, the rooftop oasis includes a pool, Jacuzzi, private cabanas, fire pit lounge, covered seating areas, and an outdoor catering kitchen with barbecue. Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with spa, sauna, steam room, experience shower, and recovery area, a residents-only lounge, and 24-hour concierge service.

Glass House also offers two levels of underground parking with EV charger-ready infrastructure, air-conditioned storage, and a limited number of private two-car garages. Brightline’s Boca Raton station is conveniently located less than one mile away. Owners receive a complimentary annual membership to emergency medical concierge service Sollis Health, subject to availability.

The project’s team of local visionaries includes West Palm Beach-based architecture firm garciastromberg, with Kaufman Lynn Construction serving as general contractor.
