Steve-O, famed for his bold stunts on TV, is trading his Hollywood Hills life for the peacefulness of Tennessee. The entertainer has put his L.A. residence on the market for $1.8 million. In a recent video on his YouTube channel, Steve-O declared his affection for his new ranch in Tennessee, proclaiming, “Hollywood, it’s been cool, but I’m out.” He also gave viewers a tour of his extensively renovated Hollywood home, which he purchased in 2014 for $1.2 million.

The renovation was completed in just under three weeks. The house now features a contemporary kitchen with top-tier appliances, a living room brightened by a skylight, and a master suite. Original features, such as the distinctive deer-print wallpaper, remain in the space.

Cesar Melendrez, the listing agent, emphasized the property’s exceptional location close to the Hollywood Reservoir and the Sunset Strip. He described it as a rare chance to own a piece of Hollywood in a market where listings are scarce.
