This wonderful client was referred to me by a past client; he was looking to relocate to the City of Birmingham and he wanted to work with a local expert.
Due to his demanding schedule, time was of the essence as he didn’t have much free time to tour homes and also wanted to be in his new home within 30 days! I got to work, did my research, toured a few properties myself for him and sent over the top 3 to select from.
Although this is still a Seller’s Market with most homes going over asking price – I negotiated a strong offer and secured my Buyer the winning offer, $1,550,000 which was below List Price, and we closed within 2 weeks of meeting each other!
