Distinguished travelers know the allure of each destination lies in its unique essence. A place with undeniable authenticity and as a leader of the global hospitality scene, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is quite familiar with this sensibility. The brand has always been dedicated to preserving a sense of place in its projects, and it continues to do so among a growing surge of luxury hotel brands venturing into the residential territory. Following the announcements of its premier residential developments in centers like Beverly Hills, CA, and Naples, FL, Rosewood just launched its first standalone residential development in Texas – Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek.

Rising in Dallas’s Turtle Creek community, the 17-story tower is poised with classically-inspired Beaux-arts elegance, but this isn’t its only homage to history. The Dallas neighborhood is where Rosewood’s story began with the iconic Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. Now, the world-renowned luxury lifestyle leader returns to its roots for a new chapter, one that could set a new standard for high-rise living in Dallas’s metropolitan landscape.

“Planting the Rosewood Residences flag in the same neighborhood as our very first hotel is a great moment for us as we continue to grow our footprint,” says VP of Global Residential Development at Rosewood Hotel Group, Brad Berry. “But, of course, Turtle Creek is a special setting in its own right, and I think these one-of-a-kind residences embrace the area’s natural beauty, rich history, and incredible location…”

Chicago-based architect Lucien Lagrange will spearhead the building’s architecture with plans to infuse the tower’s design with the natural beauty surrounding it, from grand parks to the Katy Trail. Soaring to the sky with its asymmetric summit, the building also boasts a grand arched entryway that serves as an emblem of its neoclassical taste.

Moving indoors, residents and their guests will feel as if they never left the outdoors. Every light-flooded residence—ranging from approximately 2,000 to 6,380 feet with the option to combine units—employs architectural detailing to enhance natural surroundings with features like ceiling-high windows offering sprawling city and park views. Renowned designer Dan Fink will draw inspiration from Turtle Creek’s nature-filled waterway, making for interiors steeped in the earthy tones and glowing light.

Whether indoors or outdoors, The Residence’s exclusive amenities will enrich residents’ experience with indulgent relaxation and the utmost convenience. Crowning the tower is a rooftop oasis where residents can take in sweeping views of the Dallas skyline from the comfort of the lounge or the refreshment of the infinity pool. There’s also a landscaped garden for intimate gatherings and events, a fitness center, library, and private dining room spaces as well as a full-time concierge, valet, pet-friendly offerings, and most importantly, a team equipped to accommodate residences with additional services.
