Larry Moens, a top real estate broker in the Palm Beach area, just sold his waterfront estate to world-renowned fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger for $36.9 million.

The home, located at 930 South Ocean Boulevard, holds five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. It was built in 1927 by Palm Beach architect Maurice Fatio, who originally lived in it with his wife, Eleanor Chase Fatio.

The home features luxurious and historic details, including hardwood floors, arched windows and doors, cathedral ceilings, and exposed beams.

The property, situated on a half-acre, includes a pool with a pool house, a covered patio, and an outdoor dining area.

Hilfiger is a prominent investor in the area, having bought two properties just two years ago, one for $21 million and the second for $9 million. His net worth is around $450 million.
