Located in the heart of Tribeca, amongst the quaint cobblestone streets and trendy restaurants is a show-stopping loft. Recognizable from the outside for its unique bluestone facade, the interior of the home is a luxury boutique find. The hidden gem of a loft belongs to none other than the ‘Today’ show star, Savannah Guthrie, and her strategic communications consultant husband, Michael Feldman. However, the couple just recently listed the pad for $7.1 million with Sotheby’s International Realty.
The four-bedroom condo spans roughly 3,735 square feet, spanning the full floor of the building, and features extraordinary living spaces for relaxing, entertaining, and dining. Originally purchased by the couple in 2017 for $7.114 million, the pair fell in love with its boutique residency, home to only 13 apartments. “I’ve never been one to like those humongous buildings where you walk in and you feel like you could be at a hotel,” Guthrie says. “This is a small, sweet building.”
Also admiring the urban accents of the home upon purchase, the couple hired celebrity interior designer, Monique Gibson. The interior was inspired by the prominent 10-foot concrete ceiling of the great room. The style translated over to the other parts of the home with the incorporation of Saint Laurent black honed marble in the kitchen island, hand-painted wall murals by Dean Barger Studios, large windows, white oak flooring, custom marble furniture, and steel-framed glass to divide the open space for various uses.

Incorporating a more traditional city design the home features a grand entrance upon arrival from the private elevator. Around the corner is a wet bar with custom marble and white oak and in the home office, within the built-ins is a hidden Murphy bed. Making way into the primary suite is a beautiful fireplace and dressing room with custom oak millwork and antiqued mirror closets. The suite’s bathroom features a flat-screen television that hangs above a marvelous deep soaking tub.
Saying goodbye to the first-ever home purchased by the pair, was difficult due to their adoration for the loft however, they’ve listed the home in hopes of purchasing a townhouse. The family plans on remaining in the city as they have a second home in upstate New York which they plan on keeping. The Hudson Valley estate spans 20 acres and was purchased for $2.7 million around the same time they purchased the loft.
