Known for his multifaceted career in acting, music, and production, Mark Wahlberg has seen his high-profile listing drag along for several months now in a cooling Real Estate Market. Originally purchased at $8.25M in 2009, the trophy estate is located in the star-studded neighborhood of Beverly Park, where Grammy-winner Adele recently purchased Sylvester Stallone’s home for $58MM. Having previously been on the market for $87.5M, the $8M price tag reduction is expected to entice new buyers to the neighborhood.

The European-inspired chateau was designed by Richard Landry, “The King of the Megamansion” who has also worked for Michael Bolton, Wayne Gretzky, and Rod Stewart. The estate has 30,500 square feet of living space with 12 bedrooms and 20 baths and is set on an incredible 6.2 acres with unrivaled athletic facilities that would be hard to duplicate today simply due to the lack of parcels this large.

The property has been shown various times on Wahlberg’s Instagram showcasing its unique sports amenities including a 5 hole golf course, golf driving range, tennis court, resort-like grotto pool, skate park, and a stellar gym which was where he started his 4 AM club with a goal of waking up at dawn to start a fitness regimen.
