After not getting an offer in 2019, Kim Kardashian has put her Calabasas condo back on the market. She has it listed at the same price as well, $3.5 million. She purchased it for $1.6 million in 2017. It is being listed by Tomer Fridman of Compass, a common real estate agent used by the Kardashians.
Kim bought the home while married to Kanye West, a well-known rapper and record producer. It is located in the Avanti complex and was originally Mediterranean in style when purchased. This isn’t the only Avanti condo owned by the Kardashians; there are at least 3 others in the family-owned by Kris Jenner and used by various family members.
The condo is said to be in a brutalist style, showing the design and architecture to its full potential rather than focusing on decoration. The home features 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and is 2,260 square feet. Each bedroom gets its own outdoor balcony area.
On top of balconies for every room, there is a semi-private elevator, a gourmet kitchen, a luxury bathtub, European oak floors, and high-end appliances. The design was done by Vincent Van Duysen, who also designed Kim’s Hidden Hills mansion nearby.
If you follow Kim and the show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, you may have even seen this home a few times as it appeared in the show. It was also used by Kim as an office for her KKW Beauty products and shape-wear line SKIMS.
