Daniel Tzinker Sells Waterfront Mansion In Golden Beach

South Florida luxury real estate expert Daniel Tzinker recently sold a waterfront mansion in Golden Beach, Florida, to renowned violinist David Aaron Carpenter and his family.

The musician will be moving into the home purchased the home with his family, the world famous violin dealers and art collectors Sean, Lauren and Grace Carpenter. The family of Princeton University graduates bought the 170-foot of waterfront property with the intention of modernizing it. Previously, the Florida residents, who are planning to start a music festival in South Florida, resided at the Oceana in Bal Harbour.

“The buyer is happy that I was able to snap up such an opportunity with wide water views,” says Tzinker. “These dream properties just don’t exist anymore in the local market.”
