Former Hasbro CEO Alan Hassenfeld Purchases At Palazzo Del Sol Fisher Island For $8.2M

Fisher Island is one of the hottest areas in Miami that’s growing and becoming more appealing to buyers, especially to former Hasbro CEO, Alan Hassenfeld and his wife.

The billionaire chose to purchase a home in Fisher Island after visiting last year and being attracted to Fisher Island’s exclusive private club community that has 18 tennis courts, seven restaurants and a nine-hole golf course. Hassenfeld and his wife chose to make Palazzo Del Sol their residence by purchasing a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home for $8.2 million.

Palazzo Del Sol is the latest property in the community and is the first to offer rooftop spaces, negative-edge pools and six-star services and amenities. Residents have access to a private movie theater, hair and makeup salon, a state-of-the-art fitness center by The Wright Fit, a children’s playroom designed by Kidville and a butler-staffed aperitivo bar. Residents of the property also receive a custom-designed Garia golf car upon closing.

Palazzo Del Sol was designed by Miami-based firm, Antrobus + Ramirez, who envisioned the property’s common spaces and amenity levels. The home contains high-end elements including book-matched marble, specialty wallpaper and teak cladding and semi-precious materials like vanilla onyx, framing the kitchen and a bookcase in the living room.
