Jupiter Estate on Private Peninsula has Rooftop Putting Green

This recently built property in the discreet and wealthy enclave of Jupiter, FL, located directly on a peninsula thrusting into the Loxahatchee River was inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright's famous Fallingwater house in Ilinois, a passion extended by its architect and current owner (a one William Burlingham IV)  even to its name, which according to the broker's release is the slightly different 'Falling Waters.' Could that name change be due to the key differences between water access on this site and that? Well maybe. Even though there is no waterfall involved here, water does play an intrinsic part in the house's spectacular location and design.

Located at 5511 River Cove in Jupiter (h/t to Real Deal), the 7,308 square foot house (with 5,528 feet under AC) is listed for $11.9 million. Located on a one-acre site with water on three sides, it was built in 2015. It has four bedroom suites, one of which is an expansive, two-story master suite that includes two private patios, a terrace, and a rooftop hot tub and putting green. Built to withstand anything the South Florida climate will sling at you, the house is built with concrete block construction, hurricane impact glass, and a whole-house generator.
