Two glass penthouses float atop the cast iron building through use of a steel cantilevered Vierendeel truss system. A series of telescoping walls on the main living level open to create a seamless transition from the interiors to the private outdoor terraces.

In the newly completed model residence by Manhattan-based designer Brad Ford, the light-filled, double-height corner living room boasts 25-foot ceilings, with double-hung windows and striking views of the cast iron façade of the building.

The kitchen, which opens to the great room is outfitted with Gaggenau appliances and features Dornbracht fixtures, a Bianco Dolomiti marble island, and slab countertops.

The media room is outfitted with custom millwork designed by Shigeru Ban.

The master suite is nearly 1,000 square feet, with a generously proportioned dressing room. It has an en suite bathroom with a custom Corian vanity, Rosa Aurora marble walls, a deep soaking bathtub, and radiant heated floors.
