The residence at 436 W. 20th St. in New York’s Chelsea Historic District was previously inhabited by a slew of celebrities, according to Mansion Global, which sourced information from real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield. The entire building is being offered with a price tag of $19.75 million.

Notable names who once resided in the townhouse include Glenn Close, Andrew Garfield, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Courtney Love, Olivier Sarkozy, Jason Statham, and Emma Stone. According to Cushman & Wakefield, the stars rented the units for temporary stays.

Situated near the High Line on a block lined with Greek Revival-style townhouses, the 9,054-square-foot townhouse comprises five apartments, each spanning a full floor and designed with elegant finishes.

Investors suggest value in the buyer converting the building into a single-family home, encompassing its 10 bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms and a garden level.
