Kris Jenner just added another California home to her real estate catalogue.
Her most recent property purchase is an east coast–style home in Calabasas featuring four large bedroom suites and five bathrooms. It cost her $2.285 million and is located in a prestigious gated community near homes that have been owned by several of her children.
Built in 2005, the estate boasts an elegant living room with a fireplace; a formal dining room complete with a butler’s pantry, double-height ceilings, and French doors that lead to a courtyard; an office with French doors that open to a front porch; a kitchen with a large center island and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances; and family room with its own fireplace throughout the 4,256-square-foot space. A swimming pool, a spa, an outdoor kitchenette, and a fire pit can also be found on the property.
Not too long ago, Jenner purchased another million-dollar California pad. The condo features two bedrooms, four bathrooms, a den complete with custom-built bookshelves, and 2,524 square feet of space, as well as materials such as marble, limestone, and French oak.
