Welcoming in the New Year on the chilly morning of January 4, Malia Cox Nobrega was invited to the studio of TV8’s Good Morning Vail. There, she sat with anchor Tricia Swenson and had the opportunity to talk about one of her favorite listings in Vail, which sits directly on the Gore Creek with 160 feet of private frontage: 4249 Nugget Lane.
“It just has everything that you could want in a mountain home,” says Malia. This home is great for entertaining company as it is very spacious at 6,000 square feet and has six bedrooms. Additionally, it has a coveted four-car garage, but you can leave your cars at home and take a short walk to catch the free shuttle to Vail Village.
