Over the course of the last two years, Billy Joel purchased three neighboring Palm Beach County properties, creating an eight-acre compound that altogether cost him around $40 million. Now he is ready to unload one of those properties.

The Grammy Award-winning Piano Man recently listed the property, which he added to his Florida property collection for $11.8 million last year, for $19.9 million. It features a seven-bedroom main house, a two-bedroom guest house, an outdoor pool, and a dock that is private.

The Mediterranean-style main home, with both European and island influences, boasts vaulted wooden ceilings and Intracoastal views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Worth. Built in 2004, this home had recently been renovated.

According to Curbed, the legendary singer-songwriter, who has sold over 150 million records worldwide, has been on a selling spree over the last few years. Before putting this 13,000-square-foot mansion on the market, he sold his properties in South Beach, Long Island, and Manhattan.
