NBA star Deron Williams has hung up his Nets jersey in favor of some new Dallas Mavericks swag. On the heels of his big move, Williams has listed his six-bedroom, 6,800-square-foot TriBeCa penthouse for $33.5 million—that’s a whopping $18 million more than he purchased the home for in 2013.
The Merchants House loft at 35 North Moore Street has reportedly been completely redone and customized by Williams, featuring such stunning details as a floating staircase and climate-controlled wine room.
