Accomplished celebrity duo Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick have finally sold their Greenwich Village townhouse after three long years on the market.
The couple purchased the 6,800-square-foot home in 2011 for a whopping total of $19 million, but reports tell us that the two never actually lived in the spread before putting it up for grabs only a year later.
The bright living space, which recently sold for $18.25 million, features six bedrooms, seven fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, master suite with a private terrace, and a split-level, perfectly-landscaped garden.
We wonder why they’re selling the sexy pad… perhaps SJP just needed a little extra shoe space!
