Sarangani Congressman and boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao is selling his Hancock Park home in L.A, reportedly looking to make a new purchase in Beverly Hills.
Though many are convinced he’s selling the home due to bankruptcy, his real estate agent Nick Enciso Jr. claims otherwise.
Pacquiao is said to be searching for a Beverly Hills property between $3M and $4M. The home features 4,273 square feet, five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, two stories, top-of-the-line kitchen, pool, hot tub and plenty of California charm.
