Ryan Reynolds just listed his two-bedroom, 2.5 bath home for $1,599,000, a reasonable price for anything the heartthrob has touched! Unfortunately, the current listing price is even less than what he originally paid for it back in 2007, but it seems he’s looking to move the place quickly.
Reynolds was neighbor to Matthew Parry for almost five years, and Scarlett Johansson lived just down the road prior to the couple moving in together and subsequently divorcing. Now that Reynolds has Blake Lively, he’s looking to sell the home…again.
The eco-friendly home has solar heating, two wood-burning fireplaces, a tankless water heater, mountain and city views and more.
