Alas, the “Black Swan” has found a new owner for her lavish bachelorette nest in Hollywood Hills.
Poised right off Los Angeles’ famous Mulholland Drive, the A-list compound—whose interiors are dressed in a simple, neutral palette—boasts a ginormous outdoor area complete with a full-service cabana and pool, not to mention a plush eight-seat movie theater.
Actress Mila Kunis has successfully sold her 4,900-square-foot, Mediterranean-style home—which she put on the market just last month—for $3.825 million. Though the figure is a sliver less than the property’s original asking of $3.995 million, the mom-to-be—who’s engaged to fellow That ’70s Show star, Ashton Kutcher—still stands to make a sweet six-figure profit off the residence, which she scooped up for $2.885 million in 2008.
The hot couple recently purchased a 7,351-square-foot single-family in Beverly Hills for $10.215 million, where they’ll presumably raise their soon-to-come fledgling, who’s reportedly due in just a few weeks.
