The Chicago native—who bought the brick and limestone building in 1959—donated it to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago to be used for dormitories when he moved to California and built a new Playboy Mansion, and the ’90s, the old edifice was gutted and converted into four lavish condos.
The 3,250-square-foot luxury residence features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a library, and a large living and dining room with a butler’s pantry.
