Gary Winnick, a financier who is CEO of Pacific Capital Group, is making waves in the real estate world after discretely putting his 7.5-acre Bel Air estate on the market. Curbed reports that the Winnick is asking $225 million, which would make it the most expensive residence ever to hit the US market.

Known as Casa Encantada, this property was built in the 1930s by widow Hilda Bolt for $2.1 million before being sold to famed hotelier Conrad Hilton for  $225,000 in 1950. Winnick acquired the property in 2000 for $90 million. A 28,725 square foot Georgian-style mansion, this property boasts 7 bedrooms, 20 full bathrooms, and a garage with room for 15 cars.
