The best spot to find entertainment…

There are currently not a lot of night spots or entertainment in the Palisades, but Rick Caruso, who built the Grove and numerous other popular shopping centers, just closed escrow on a 3.17-acre commercial property comprising most of Swarthmore Avenue. He is planning on putting in a movie theater and either a Trader Joe's or a Whole Foods, along with many other family-friendly attractions. The development will be a huge boost to home values in the area.
