Tiger Woods Puts Newport Beach Home on the Market

As a part of his efforts to turn his life around, Tiger Woods is selling his Newport Beach property—the same one he hosted many of his indiscretions at.

The property is listed at $2.49 million. Inside, three bedrooms and wall-to-wall carpeting characterize the Cali pad. The property has views of the ocean and Catalina Island from several of the rooms and also boasts a lovely patio and balcony.

Woods purchased the 2,000-square-foot property for $3 million in 2004.
