Brosnan and his neighbors are afraid that the sand on their beachside properties is so eroded that rising tides could be a threat. As a solution, the community has begun placing boulders up to protect their mega-mansions from the ocean.
The James Bond star sold his other estate on the same road in order to buy this Bali-style $45 million property.
