Luis Ortiz has proven to be a firecracker agent on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” and now he’s sounding off on what he sees as a sound investment as far as luxury markets go: San Antonio, Texas.
In an interview with Katie Bourke of the San Antonio Business Journal, Luis remarked the following:
Is San Antonio a main area to attract out-of-state investors, and will those investments be concentrated in the luxury market?
Yes. In places like this, the luxury market always does well because of the perception that everyone loves to invest. Emotionally, the word luxury property always has value.
