Academy Award winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio has listed his Malibu estate for $23 million. The beachfront property boasts a four-bedroom main house on the ocean, a detached 2 bedroom guest house and an additional loft space with a fitness facility, a bedroom and a home office area. Located off the boardwalk, the home is part of the tony Malibu Colony, a celebrity favorite for its high security.
The property in question is one of two homes the actor owns in the Malibu area, although the actor reportedly spends most of his time at his Battery Park-area eco-friendly penthouse in New York. The home is also available for rent at a rate of $75,000 a month.
