Haute Estates: Pliners Lower Asking Price at 29 Star Island

Donald and Lisa Pliners’ 10,160-square-foot home meets a new agent and new asking price as comps on the exclusive Star Island are on the move. The designer’s Moroccan-style mansion’s former asking price of $24 million has been reduced to $19.99 million. New agent Lourdes Alatriste of Engel & Voelkers Miami Beach, who’s working with Sylvia Fragos, CEO of Great Estates International Realty, thinks the home is priced to sell with no room for hagglers.
