One wealthy bitcoin enthusiast just paid about 800 bitcoins (around $500,000) for a two-bedroom villa in Bali. Located in award-winning delMango Villa Estate in Seminyak, the listing was purchased through BitPremier, a luxury bitcoin marketplace.
Though the buyer remains anonymous, we do know that he/she was early to adopt bitcoin as a currency. For those interested in similarly over-the-top properties, it seems that this one isn’t the only listing available on BitPremier.
