Palos Verdes Estates has seen an impressive 4.8% growth year over year using the average price per home formula to approximately $1.7M per unit and the increase of new construction permits has been impressive.  Everywhere you drive in Palos Verdes Estates there is New Construction of Luxury Homes and there is overwhelming data showing this to be one of the hottest markets in the nation.

3.     Do you have a iPhone, Android, or a Blackberry?

I'm an iPhone user and always use my resources to be amongst the first owners of each model released.

4.     What are your plans as a real estate agent in the next 10 years?

In ten years the Real Estate industry will change immensely and we'll see only a fraction of the current real estate agents remaining in the business as we know it today.  My business model embraces technological advancements and we're pushing the level of professionalism to a much higher standard every day.

5.     Who or what inspired you to get into the real-estate business?

I was inspired to enter the Real Estate business after I sold a business and one of my largest assets in the deal with the value in the building.  I committed myself to understanding this business and ultimately it turned into a way of life for me.
