5. Who or what inspired you to get into the real-estate business?  

After having lost all my money in the commodity futures at a young age, I realized in Real Estate you cannot lose it all if you do not get overleveraged with the banks, hence it is for me the only investment which continually improves over the years, no matter the economy.
