$46M Russian Estates With Bonus Mansions

Two sprawling estates on Kaluga Highway in Moscow, Russia have been put on the market for approximately $46,000,000 US.

If that seems like a hefty price tag, it’s worth noting that these properties come with a fairly significant signing bonus; the mansions which sit on the estates. The custom-built homes boast some 19,375 square feet each, and were developed as part of a private residential development. Each residence has its own large master suite, spacious living rooms with fireplaces, sauna and spa area. One of the estates includes an indoor swimming pool, gym, a conservatory, a boardroom and billiards room. The second estate features a grand library, a dressing room, and an elevator.

The estates come with access to a sports center with stables, tennis courts, shops, restaurants and a mini club.
