Miami Beach will be home to a 1 Hotel (featuring 417 rooms) and residential spaces within the upper levels of the hotel building. Starwood’s hotel management company, SH Group, will operate 1 Hotel & Homes, and the structure will be located at 2399 Collins Avenue, the former location of The Gansevoort South.
This modern design will overlook the Atlantic Ocean and 600 feet of beachfront, and it also offers 161 homes available in various layouts and sizes.
LaFrak and Starwood Capital Group are spending over $100M in construction and renovations to make 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly.
