I believe the exceptional waterfront communities of Palm Beach, Key Biscayne, and Downtown Brickell, are what continue to attract new residents to South Florida and provide the diversity that makes us unique. They are each exceptional in their own way and the prices will continue touphold their value. Because of this, South Florida is no longer considered just a retirement community, but is a desired destination for all.
