Outfitted with rich woods, marble and stone accents, coffered ceilings, crown moldings, and Palladian windows, the palatial residence—which measures in at 11,964 square feet—is situated on 1.26 gated, private acres in the coveted neighborhood of North Buckhead. The grand estate’s grounds are dotted with fountains, a sports court, a pool and spa, and a swim-up bar and separate cabana.
Southamptons Villa Maria
Erected at the peak of the Gilded Age in 1887 as a summer home for the families and friends of Lombard, Ayres & Company, this 22,000-square-foot estate sits on 11 acres right by Mecox Bay, and comes with its own dock and 950 feet of waterfront.
A former Catholic school, retirement home for the aging, and a spiritual center run by nuns, the property was eventually picked up by Vince Camuto, co-founder of Nine West, for $35 million. The shoe designer spent the next six years revamping the place, whose interior is now comprised of 11 bedrooms, 16 baths, a ballroom-turned-living-room, a large eat-in kitchen, a den, a library, a wine cellar, an office, a yoga studio, a study, a large media room, a formal dining room, and multiple outdoor terraces. Its grounds also house a swimming pool, a cabana, a tennis court, and a two-bedroom guesthouse.
After being listed last year for $49.5 million (though with only 7.6 acres), the estate is now once again up for grabs for $69 million with 11 acres.

Crafted from the wood of shipwrecks, this innovative abode on Bainbridge Island is situated on 13 acres with steps leading down to the water. Located just 35 minutes from downtown Seattle via ferry, the home is currently listed for $9.8 million.
The Feng Shui compliant, 10,499-square-foot residence has four bedrooms, five baths, a large living room, and a 4,000-bottle wine cellar with imported Chinese stone. The gated estate also has a 500-square-foot art studio, plus extensive terraces overlooking magnificent views.

This historic estate sited five miles from downtown Jackson comes with several structures including the manager’s housing complex, which consists of two residences and a bunkhouse plus numerous outbuildings, a machine shed, a hay shed, a calving barn, a horse barn, and a complete set of corrals.
The owner’s 2,234-square-foot, two-story house has multiple decks and is surrounded by a grove of mature trees. Fifteen minutes away from world-class skiing and commercial private air service, the sprawling property—originally priced for $100 million—is now listed for $48.7 million.

Nestled on Mulholland Farm, a lush swath in Hollywood Hills previously owned by 1940s actor Errol Flynn, this 5,700-square-foot home—presently listed for $4.25 million—was created by architect Phil Brown in 1987 for an entertainment industry executive.
Sitting on .63 acres, the modern residence boasts clean lines, glass walls, and enormous two-story public spaces with different floor elevations that open to a pool, a spa, and several patios. The house has four bedrooms, five baths, a wine cellar, and a theater equipped with a 35mm projector.
