The newest residential development to rise on Los Angeles’ ritzy Wilshire Corridor is The Liddel, where Southern California luxury is artfully embodied in a modern collection of 56 boutique residences.

The Liddel

Designed by interior designer Jamie Bush, the residences at 10777 Wilshire Boulevard are comprised of one- to three-bedroom units, offered from $900,000 to $4,000,000.

The open-concept interiors, ranging from 1,030 square feet to 2,700 square feet, blend earthy, warm hues with vibrant finishes. European-inspired kitchens feature Miele appliances, paired with a natural palette of charcoals, creams, and whites to complement stainless steel surfaces. Minimalist bathroom designs include tiled walls and heated floors. In the larger units, a master bedroom suite is built with a spacious dressing room and spa-style bathroom.

On the sixth floor, eight elite units constitute The Terraces, which open up to private balconies. One floor up, indoor-outdoor living is realized in eight elegant penthouses, which are available as a two-bedroom with a den or a three-bedroom, with private rooftop terraces affixed to select units and offering panoramic views of Wilshire Corridor and the city. These terraces feature fireplaces, lounge areas, and barbecues for relaxing and entertaining.
